We offer Tai Chi and Qi Gong classes and a variety of Yoga Styles (such as Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Ashtanga Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Nidra, Prenatal Yoga, Chair Yoga and Yoga Therapy).
Also, we offer sessions of massage therapies from the traditions of China (Tuina Massage) and Thailand (Thai Massage).
