Come join us and celebrate the Spring Equinox with a powerful ceremonial practice of 108 Sun Salutations, accompanied by Live Music played by the musician Phoenix Maria, a nomadic living musician that creates music for circle events for more than 8 years.

The Spring Equinox marks the beginning of spring, representing renewal, fertility and new life,  a powerful moment to set intentions and embrace the light ahead. This event combines the meditative rhythm of the Sun Salutation A flow (Surya Namaskar A) with the vibrancy of Live Music.

Let’s unite in movement, breath and music to create a vibrant energy that carries us into a new season with light and gratitude.

Reservation is required.

Cost of participation: Pre-book and pre-pay 15 eur. Drop in and payment at the venue 18 eur.
