108 Sun Salutations & Live Handpan Music for the Autumn Equinox

Location: Eutopia Yoga & Tai Chi Center, Kioutachias 25, Mytilene

On the occasion of the Autumn Equinox (September 22nd), we invite you to a unique experience that combines the dynamic flow of yoga with the enchanting sounds of Handpans.

The practice will begin gently with Hatha Yoga exercises and will culminate in 108 Sun Salutations, where we will experience a “marathon” for body, mind, and spirit. The rhythm of the practice will be accompanied live by music from Tasos Sotiriou (@tas_bulbultarang), adding energy and flow to every movement. The session will conclude with Relaxation and Silent Meditation.

Please note: This practice is not suitable for beginners who have never practiced yoga before.

Registration is required.

Participation Fee:

For reservations and prepayment by Saturday, September 20th: €15 per person (VAT 17% not included)

Cancellation policy: For cancellations up to one day before the event, the amount will be refunded. For cancellations on 21/9, the amount is non-refundable.
