Ecstatic Dance is movement meditation that encourages freedom of expression and connection to one's body. Participants are invited to let go of inhibitions and dance without judgment, creating a space for expression through joy and personal transformation. It's a journey inward and a celebration of being alive.

There are no steps to follow, no right or wrong way to move.

Just listen, feel, and allow your body to guide you.

 

What to Expect

-A welcoming, inclusive community, and conscious dance space.

-Curated music journeys from slow and grounding to energetic and back.

-A sober environment focused on presence, awareness and inner exploration.

-Freedom to dance alone or connect with respect and consent through movement.

 

Guidelines

Allow the body to speak – no talking on the dance floor.

Alcohol and drug free – come fully present and embodied.

Respect personal space – phones or cameras stay outside.

Bring comfortable clothes and a water bottle.

Dance barefoot or with socks.

 

No prior experience is required.

To join us reservation is required.

Early bird price: €12 per person until Friday, 27/2 (prepayment required).
The amount is non-refundable in case of cancellation on your behalf after 27/2.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the full amount will be refunded.

For reservations made on 28/2 and 1/3, the cost is €16 per person.
