Thai Massage has its roots in Yoga, Ayurvedic Medicine and Buddhist spiritual practices. This unique manual therapy and ancient massage art is a complete energy-based healing system. Through the session the therapist uses his fingers, palms, elbows, knees and feet to apply acupressure, soft and deep stretches and other techniques, so that the receiver experiences a truly holistic treatment.

Tuina - Traditional Chinese Massage

Tuina is an ancient method of Chinese therapeutic massage. It is based on the same principles that acupuncture is based on, the theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine. The oldest text on Tuina therapy in China was found in the "Yellow Emperor's Classic of Medicine",  written about 2300 years ago. 
With a variety of massage techniques, the therapist works on meridians and specific acupressure energy points.
